I am a proud Minnesotan living in Southwest Florida, home of the Minnesota Twins spring training stadium. I have always wanted to have my own food truck and SWFL is the perfect place, as many of us migrated like the mallard, to get away from the cold winters. This menu highlights Minnesota favorites from your Lutheran Church cookbooks, moms’ recipes and local restaurants we have grown up with. Oh you Betcha!!!
